Starting your order is easy, there’s just a few simple steps:

$50 Deposit – We collect a $50 deposit for each order. (All deposits are completely refundable up to 24 hrs prior to initial appointment.)
Template – After we receive your order, we will contact you by phone within one business day to set up a time to measure and template your window wells.
Build – After we have measured your wells, we will uses the templates to create each custom cover for you.
Deliver/Install – After your covers are built and treated with our rust resistant coating, we will contact you again to set up a time to deliver and install your covers. We do this free of charge!
