Everything was great and a seamless experience. I didn’t have to be there for measuring or install and the cover fits perfect. Very fair price as well. I would recommend to anyone. Just need to have the expectation that from measure to install was 5 weeks for me, but that’s what they said it would be (4-6 weeks). I called in for an update at one point and they got right back to me with answers on progress. Solid job on all points of contact.

This was seriously the easiest, least invasive, home improvement project I’ve ever done. We needed a cover for one of our egress windows so I called their office to get the process started. The lady on the phone was very nice and explained my options. After picking which one I wanted, they just ran with it. I wasn’t required to be home for any of it which was nice. They stayed in touch mostly through text (which was SO nice and easy). They came when they said they would and the cover looks great. I couldn’t have asked for an easier process.

One custom window well did not fit exactly, and the installer said he would have it made exactly to fit. We were not charged until the work was completed to specifications, and a follow-up phone call was made to assure we were satisfied. I consider this excellent customer service, and the product was as good as advertised.

So easy! We wanted to get covers for two of our basement wells. I went to the Mountainland Covers website to find out more information and saw how easy the process was, so I provided my info, picked out my options and paid the initial deposit, all online.

I was contacted shortly after that by email with a confirmation and approximate timeframe of when they would come out and make the templates. The best thing was that I didn’t have to wait around to be there in person. They came and went before I knew it.

About two weeks later, when the covers were ready, they contacted me about the install date and again came and went without me needing to be there. It was all so easy!

We just got the plain metal mesh covers and they look great! They fit well and they support my weight without flexing. We are very pleased with the company, their process and their products.

First thing done on our new house that was totally worry and stress free. From start to completion, no worries or hassle, all completed quick and online. Website and pricing very nicely done. Communication the entire time was timely and to-the-point within the expected and promised turnaround.

They sent someone out to measure my opening’s I was told it would be about 4 weeks before they would be done. I received a call they were ready. An installer came to the house and installed them. Mountainland covers did an amazing job. It did take longer than 2 weeks to get the job done but only because I ordered these The week of Christmas. The website does not let you know but their offices are closed the week of Christmas. The covers fit perfectly, are reasonably priced and, are sturdy enough to hold up grown men. Also the bars are spaced just right so my dogs do not get their feet caught inside. Great company!

To order our window well covers was as simple as going on Mountainland covers website and finding the ones best suited for our house and needs. Each window well was measured to insure a good fit. They were very well constructed and very pleased with the outcome. We were also pleased the covers were offered at a very reasonable price. I would highly recomend Mountainland covers.

After ordering over the phone and having them come and install the covers. There were some flaws in the craftsmanship, so they returned. After making the corrections, the installer noticed the fit wasn’t perfect. So, he acknowledged this to me and explained that he would have the shop fabricate a new one and make sure the quality was what I expected. This was impressive and turned what could’ve been a bad experience to a great job and great customer service!

Mountainland Covers did an extraordinary job installing the right cover for our oversized basement well. They provided an estimate within a day, their crew was responsive and completed the job in three visits, less than three weeks’ time. They installed quick release latches on both sides to ensure easy exit in an emergency. We feel safer, and continue to recommend Mountainland to other owners in our HOA because their quality and price were outstanding!
